What types of accommodations do you offer?

We currently offer charming two-bedroom cottages perfect for singles, couples, or groups of up to four. Each cottage is uniquely designed for comfort, relaxation, and privacy.

Are there cleaning or other fees?  

There are no cleaning fees on stays of 4 days or more. There is a $150 cleaning fee for stays of 4 nights or less. We do deep cleans between every guest, and our cleaning teams are excellent and are paid a fair market rate. We were turning away inquiries for less than four days because the math didn’t add up for us. We’ve had enough people offer to pay a cleaning fee for shorter stays, so we’ve opened that as an option. We know it’s not for everyone, but for some, it makes sense.

What is your cancellation policy?  

We know life happens. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

 

Is parking available?  

Yes. Each cottage has two parking spots, which are included in the nightly rate. Spaces are not assigned.

Are linens and towels provided?

Absolutely! We provide plenty of fresh linens and towels for your convenience. Everything is laundered in unscented/sensitive skin detergent. All soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body washes provided are non-toxic, cruelty-free, and unscented.

Do I get a daily clean?  

We clean the cottages thoroughly between guests but don't provide any more cleanings during the stay. If you would like, we'll happily provide pricing from our cleaning team. We have done everything from daily linen changes and cleans to just a time or two during a stay. We are happy to accommodate whatever you need.

What amenities are included?  

Our cottages offer essential amenities, including Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, remote-controlled adjustable beds, step-in showers, and private outdoor spaces. Some also feature a BBQ grill upon request.

 

What activities are nearby?  

You’re in luck! The Cottages of Delray are located in a residential neighborhood near Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove, and Delray's public beach. The cottages are close to food, shopping, nightlife, tennis, golf, and more. We’re happy to provide local recommendations. 

 

Is there a minimum stay requirement?  

No. Please see the note above regarding cleaning fees for stays less than 4 nights. We used to have a 4-night minimum, but we now offer the option to book fewer nights, subject to a $150 cleaning fee. No cleaning fee for stays of four nights or more.

Is there free high-speed WiFi? 
Each cottage has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to help you stay connected during your getaway.

 

What should I bring for my stay?
We recommend bringing personal items like clothing, toiletries, beach gear, food, and favorite snacks. Everything else is provided for a comfortable stay. Check the cottage pictures to see the contents of the cabinets and closets.

Are there grocery stores nearby?
Yes, there's a Publix .3 miles from here, with sidewalks the entire way. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Walmart, and Target are just a short drive away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Do the cottages have air conditioning?
Absolutely. All our cottages have air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay.

What safety measures are in place?
We prioritize your safety with secure locks, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers in each cottage. Feel free to ask about any specific concerns.

Are there laundry facilities available?
Yes, all cottages have full-size stack units in the kitchen. Free & Clear laundry detergent is provided.

Are the cottages pet-friendly?  

We love pets very much but don't allow them to stay anymore. It's not you; it's us (and allergies). Dogs and cats are excellent, and we love them. We make exceptions in certain situations, but it requires a pet/cleaning fee. Just call Ann at 561-866-2424 to chat.

Do you provide beach chairs and towels?
Yes. We also provide a beach bag and a small cooler bag. The bag contains Turkish beach towels, and additional beach or pool towels are in the closet.
